This gorgeous one bedroom holiday rental apartment is located in the Upper East Side on a quiet block of row houses. It is a short walk to Central Park, museums, restaurants, shopping and much more.

The apartment floor plan calls for an open living room at the front and a spacious bedroom at the rear. The living room includes a flat screen TV with basic cable, DVD player, 2 futon couches that open up to a double-sized bed, a dining table and chairs.

The bathroom has a bathtub/shower, ventilation window, toilet and sink with vanity.

The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, sink, microwave, coffeemaker and toaster. There are plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils.

The high ceilings and abundance of light from the large windows located both in the living room and bedroom give this vacation rental a great feel of space.

The bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed and a large closet.Additionally, the bedroom has a door that opens up to a private terrace which faces north and which offers views of the neighboring skyline.

There is no smoking allowed in the apartment. However, smoking is allowed on the terrace. The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement.

The Upper East Side is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City, between Central Park and the East River. The 1.8 square miles (4.7 km²) neighborhood, with elegant rows of landmark townhouses, once known as the 'Silk Stocking District', has some of the most expensive real estate in the United States, and is believed to be the greatest concentration of individual wealth in the nation.
