This spacious vacation rental studio is located in a classic Upper East Side brownstone between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue.

The building has a small elevator suitable for one person. The apartment is located on the second floor and is a spacious studio with high ceilings, hard wood flooring and a full kitchen.

The main living area is equipped to sleep four people with two full sized beds. There is air conditioning, wireless high speed internet, flat panel TV with DVD player and a large dresser. The apartment also has two large storage closets and three large French windows that face a quiet street which provide for a very bright atmosphere.

The kitchen includes a 4-burner stove with oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker. There are all of the basic kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans to make your meals at home.

The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub/shower, w/c and sink. There is no smoking allowed inside the apartment.

The building provides a full laundry facility in the basement.

The Upper East Side is a neighborhood in the borough of Manhattan in New York City, between Central Park and the East River. Yorkville as it was known, soon moved east past Lexington Avenue and became a suburb of middle-class Germans, many of whom worked in nearby piano factories, stables, and breweries. Madison Avenue from 60th Street well into the 80s is the monied crowd's main shopping strip, recently vaulting ahead of Hong Kong's Causeway Bay to become the most expensive retail real estate in the world. Zip code 10021 has the highest concentration of stores in the United States with more than $1 million in annual sales each.
